1. You can use right of refusal and exchange or return products within 14 days after receiving it.

2. Exchange and return of products is only possible under the following conditions:

• Prodcut shouldn’t be spoiled or lost presentation look and it shouldn’t have signs of having been worn (excluding fitting).
• Products must be in its original packaging and all original tags must be attached. Packaging and tags shouldn’t be damaged and should be clean.
• Hosiery can be returned only if it don’t have signs of having been worn or fitted.

3. To use right of refusal You need to apply us the completed and signed form of refusal by sending it to e-shop@monaok.com or leaving it in any of our stores.

4. Our obligation is to return money not later that 30 days after sending the refusal form.

5. In case of using right of refusal, costs associated with sending products back, must be covered by the customer.

6. In case of returning product in any of our stores – it is for free.
